UK ATC is located at The Royal Observatory Edinburgh situated on Blackford Hill, to the south of the city. The Royal Observatory is sign-posted from the Cameron Toll roundabout, Mayfield Road and Blackford Avenue.

What public transport links are available?
The nearest train station is Edinburgh Waverly. Walking from Edinburgh Waverly to The Royal Observatory takes approximately 1 hour. Cycling from Edinburgh Waverly takes approximately 20 minutes.
Lothian Regional Transport bus routes 9 and 38 stop at the bottom of Observatory Road. Other routes 3, 8, 12, 24, 29, 31, 33, 37 and 37A all stop 15-20 minutes walk from UK ATC.
Please note all public transport routes include a steep 0.5 km walk up hill.
